By accessing the DTE Solutions Hub, Pulse, SetLogic, Fluff, or purchasing DTE-branded apparel, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these high-fidelity standards, do not access our services.

2. DIGITAL SERVICES

Our digital applications (Pulse, SetLogic, Fluff) provide behavioral analysis and data visualizations. These services are provided "as-is" for informational purposes. While we prioritize data integrity, we do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of automated AI insights ("Nova").

3. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

• Pulse: Provides behavioral financial insights. It is not regulated financial, investment, or legal advice. Consult a certified professional for high-stakes capital decisions.
• SetLogic/Fluff: Provides fitness and biomechanic analysis. It is not medical or physical therapy advice. Consult a medical professional before beginning any new physical protocol.

4. E-COMMERCE & MERCHANDISE

Physical merchandise (apparel, accessories) is sold via TikTok Shop and Etsy and fulfilled by Printify. By purchasing, you agree to the following:

• Shipping: Handled by our fulfillment partners. Delivery times are estimates.
• Returns: Since items are custom-printed upon order, returns are only accepted for defective products or printing errors. Contact support within 14 days of receipt for resolution.
• Payments: All transactions are processed via TikTok Shop or Etsy's secure checkout.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The DTE Solutions name, logos (Blackbglogo, PulseNova), and underlying codebases are the exclusive property of DTE Solutions LLC. Unauthorized replication or reverse-engineering of our behavioral logic engines is prohibited.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

DTE Solutions LLC is not liable for any financial losses, physical injuries, or data inaccuracies resulting from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service or product in question.

7. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to update these terms to reflect new high-fidelity features or regulatory changes. Continued use of the Nexus constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States.
