2. SPECIAL PROVISIONS FOR PULSE AI (FINANCIAL DATA FLOW)
For the Pulse AI platform, data flow and security are isolated from the rest of DTE Solutions' operations to maintain the highest levels of data integrity for our Plaid integration:
- Plaid Telemetry Ingestion: Financial data ingestion is managed exclusively through Plaid's secure read-only API. Drew Ernst, sole proprietor, doing business as DTE Solutions. never sees, collects, or stores your bank login credentials.
- Supabase Backend Isolation: All ingested financial telemetry and behavioral profiles are stored strictly in a Supabase-managed PostgreSQL database. Access is protected by Postgres Row-Level Security (RLS) policies, enforcing that data can only be accessed by the authenticated owner. Pulse does not share databases or authentication systems with SetLogic (which uses Firebase) or our e-commerce apparel channels.
- Anthropic-Only AI Processing: Insights generated by the "Nova" consultant are processed server-side through transient sessions with the Anthropic API (Claude models). Telemetry is never persisted by the AI provider, and is never used to train global models. No client-side AI processing or other AI platforms (such as Google Gemini) are integrated into the Pulse AI processing stack.
- Strict No-Sharing Policy: Plaid-sourced transaction data is processed solely to provide behavioral analysis in the Pulse app. It is never sold, shared, or leveraged for advertising, marketing, or user profiling.
3. DATA COLLECTION
We collect information to provide high-fidelity behavioral intelligence and fulfillment services. This includes:
- Identity Data: Name, email address, and profile information provided during signup.
- Financial Data: Transaction history and account balances (processed via Plaid for Pulse as detailed in Section 2).
- Fitness & Health Data: Metabolic and biomechanic metrics provided to SetLogic.
- E-Commerce Data: Shipping addresses, contact details, and order history for physical goods (Hoodies, T-Shirts, Phone Cases) purchased via TikTok Shop or Etsy.
- Technical Data: IP address, device type, and usage patterns across our applications.
4. DATA PROCESSING & AI
For non-Pulse applications, data may be processed by advanced AI models to generate insights. For the Pulse platform, all AI operations are strictly limited to Anthropic's Claude models via secure, transient server-side sessions as detailed in Section 2. Your telemetry is never used to train global third-party models.
5. THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS
To provide our services, we integrate with the following partners:
- Stripe: Payment processing for subscriptions and direct sales.
- Plaid: Secure financial data aggregation (Pulse only).
- Supabase PostgreSQL (Pulse), Firebase (SetLogic): Secure data storage and authentication, strictly isolated per product line.
- TikTok Shop & Etsy: Order management for DTE apparel lines.
- Printify: Production and fulfillment of physical apparel.
6. DATA RETENTION & SECURITY
We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide DTE services, in accordance with our Data Retention and Disposal Policy. We utilize industry-standard encryption (AES-256) and secure socket layers (SSL) to protect your telemetry. We never sell your personal financial or health data to third-party brokers.
7. YOUR RIGHTS (GDPR/CCPA)
Depending on your location, you have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may terminate your session and request a full data purge by contacting our compliance officer at support@dte-solutions.icu.

We use essential cookies to maintain your authentication session across the Nexus. Non-essential tracking is minimized to ensure maximum performance and privacy.
